Eagle Communications is seeking a Digital and Social Media Director to join its team of employee-owners. Qualified applicants can combine their talents of experience, creativity and innovation in digital, web and social media communications to implement for Eagle and our customer base across three states. The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing continued growth in Eagle's Digital Product Suite and developing visions and strategies for operational and marketing success. This position could be located in any Eagle market.

Minimum of three years experience in digital and/or social media communications or marketing field

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field of study

Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously

Proven ability to coordinate a diverse team of project stakeholders

Ability to utilize web development tools to bring new products to market

Strong written and oral communication skills

Develop, maintain and direct company-wide web, digital and social media strategies and initiatives

Lead a team of experienced digital communication professionals

Create additional revenue through development of web, digital and social media tools

Implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of Eagle's strategies

Coordinate with various Eagle sales teams throughout each of our markets

Engage in meaningful client relationships to communicate how our web, digital and social media strategies can produce effective, desired results
