Oklahoma State University's Digital Marketing Coordinator will develop, implement, track and optimize the university's digital marketing strategies across all digital channels to enhance brand awareness among prospective students and their families, current students, alumni, fans, donors and other internal and external populations.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator must have a strong grasp of current strategic communications, marketing and outreach strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This position is responsible for managing relationships within the OSU Communications Office, supporting teams such as web developers and programmers, videographers and content writers, outside agencies and consultants, and communicators across the OSU system to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Supervise student interns responsible for digital content creation and manage the editorial process for current OSU digital platforms. Manage the monitoring and engagement of key audiences on all university digital platforms. Proactively anticipate key audience needs and respond appropriately, with an emphasis on the information and service needs of current students. Evaluate digital analytics to better optimize digital marketing campaigns, email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns and display and search advertising campaigns. Implement new strategies to improve key metrics.
Demonstrate self-direction, creativity and strategic thinking in managing Oklahoma State University's presence in the digital realm.
