Job Description
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work in an inside sales capacity and speak with individuals who are seeking more information about furthering their education. You will work with the prospective students to help find the schools/degree programs that meet their needs

What you'll do
• Contact prospective students (outbound and inbound calls regarding their request for more information about continuing their education (all leads provided - no prospecting)

• Assist prospective students to find the right school/degree programs based on their interest

• Consistently meet and/or exceed specific, attainable sales goals and quality assurance requirements

• Provide a positive customer experience by education customers on the service we provide and the benefits to using our comparison shopping model as well as responding to questions and overcoming objections

What we look for
Ability to work at least 10 hours per week

Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Strong work ethic and self-motivated

Positive attitude

Proficient computer skills

Exemplary active listening skills — ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
