Eagle is a leader in the industry and the company continues to grow. We made three acquisitions throughout 2020 and the COVID-19 pandemic and continue to invest in our employees and expand our business. This is a new position on the Manhattan, Junction City team as we contiinue to grow our ability to deliver ever expanding portfolio of digital marketing solutions to our advertising partners.
Who we're looking for: Eagle Communications is looking for an experienced marketing consultant with confidence, drive and creative ideas to sell marketing and advertising concepts to support Manhattan/Junction City area businesses. Eagle operates Q-Country 103.5, Power Hits 97.5, 1420/107.9 KJCK, 92.7 The X, JCPost.com and LittleApplePost..com in addition to a robust set of digital marketing and advertising solutions, including targeted display, SEO and SEM, social media, Spotify, as well as website design, build and maintenance.
Salary: Compensation is commensurate with experience along with a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid vacation, and Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

Media experience and past success counts for this position
The candidate must have drive, creativity and quality customer service ability
Experience working with advertising agencies in addition to direct accounts is a plus
Experience with digital marketing solutions required. Google or IAB accreditation is a plus
3 to 5 years of media experience preferred. Sales experience a must
Outside sales experience and/or bachelor's degree preferred
Candidates should be hard working, goal oriented and self-motivated. An entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record are essential to success. Responsibilities include: contacting businesses to uncover potential advertising opportunities, researching client's industry, presenting proposals and persuading clients to invest in your ideas. Continued client support and servicing is also required. In addition to working with their own clients, our next employee-owner must have a high acumen of experiencce with digital marketing products, strategies and tactics and will also be our team's digital point person providing oversight and assistance with all our digital sales and marketing efforts.
