Eagle Communications, located in Hays, KS, is seeking to fill a reporter position in its innovative converged newsroom. Eagle’s news operation incorporates radio, television and digital to provide the region with the most comprehensive news and information in the region, including the most trafficked news website in northwest Kansas, HaysPost.com. Experience: Qualified candidates will be comfortable on-air, proficient in video production and have solid writing skills. Experience reporting on sports is preferred, but not required.

Requirements: Job responsibilities include all aspects of news coverage ranging from local government, community features, crime and courts, and breaking news including severe weather.
