Digital Communications Coordinator


Our team's goal is to create seamless messages that result in simple ways to connect to the Westside Family.

The Digital Communications Coordinator supports the internal and external voice and communications across digital marketing channels.

What you'll bring

• A deep love for Jesus and His Church

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing

• Proficiency in organic and paid marketing in Meta and Google

• Strong communication skills: written, verbal and interpersonal

• Willingness to work in and understand the intricacies of a ministry-conscious environment

• Strong team player who is organized, enthusiastic and enjoys problem solving

• A positive and professional approach to leadership

What you'll do

• Leverage social media to reinforce Westside's mission, values and initiatives

• Create, implement and analyze digital marketing campaigns

• Content creation during Sunday gatherings and other events

• Plan, help, write and schedule engaging content to social channels daily

• Define and work toward key digital marketing metrics

• Respond and delegate social media inquiries, questions, event responses and reviews

• Update event-based and weekly website content

• Create weekly email

• Other duties as assigned by the communications director

Success will be measured by

Meeting deadlines, hitting metrics, good relationships with all ministry areas, attention to detail, punctuality.
