Student Organizations

Become a part of the future of media and communications with the J-School's various student organizations.

Gain Real Media Experience on Campus and Beyond

Students meet others with similar interests and make connections while working on projects they're passionate about. The possibilities for career exploration are endless with opportunities in public relations, reporting, photography, advertising, videography and more. Students also have opportunities to enter regional and national competitions to put their skills to the test. Projects from all student organizations are viewed by the KU and wider Lawrence community, with some being recognized nationally.

Regardless of your interests, the J-School has a place for you to explore the future of media.
