Marketing Coordinator

Job Description
Create strategic brand and marketing plans to share with team. Then lead implementation, monitoring and realignment, and long-term execution of the initiatives. Initiatives will include items such as coordination of all promotional, marketing, and advertising programs; assisting business development team in marketing efforts including trade shows, coordinating vendor events, and developing marketing materials; managing and oversight of digital marketing channels including website, social media, SEO, direct email, etc.
Brand Management
Provide thought leadership on brand strategy and initiatives and present to steering team. Manage and oversee Navitas’ brand. Create opportunities for our brand to be recognized and well represented in existing and potentially new market sectors.

Day to Day Duties
- Manage and coordinate all marketing campaigns
- Brainstorm ideas and provide thought leadership with Business Development team and company leadership to increase our visibility in our marketplace
- Coordinate with Business Development team to assist in trade shows and conferences
- Analyze data to consistently improve our social media, website, and all other efforts to enhance our exposure to potential clients, trade partners and organizations, and potential new hires
- Reports to Vice President of Business Development, will work directly with company leadership to evangelize our brand both internally and externally
- Assist in Business Development efforts
Education, Experience, Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, graphic design, or marketing
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail; will require proof reading of marketing material and RFP/Qs
- Proactive, self-motived; this position will have tasks and specific assignments, but will also have a high degree of latitude to create value for the company
- Proficiency in MS Office products, as well as graphic design applications like Adobe products (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
- Ability to meet with clients and maintain client relationships
