Phil Bressler

Phil Bressler brings over thirty years of experience, both on the agency and client side, to the KU Integrated Marketing Communications program. He is currently the Director of Client Services & Creative at Rhycom, a marketing agency located in Overland Park, KS. He’s spent most of his career in Kansas City; however, his career has also taken him to Oklahoma City, Salt Lake City and Chicago. He has worked with a wide range of companies that include McDonald’s, Quaker State, PepsiCo, and Sonic Drive-Ins. And incidentally, he’s probably the only person you’ll ever meet who was a member of the inaugural graduating class of McDonald’s Hamburger Marketing University. For avid Jayhawk basketball fans, Phil also played alongside Bill Self on his high school basketball team. He is a 1983 graduate of the William Allen White School of Journalism and Mass Communications.
