DART trains professional organizers and community organizations how to work for social, economic and racial justice, including:

* Holding police departments accountable

* Stopping gun violence

* Fighting for environmental justice

* Shutting down the school-to-prison pipeline

* Reining in predatory lenders

* Expanding access to healthcare

* Fighting for immigrants' rights

Associate Community Organizer

Starting salary $50,500+ /year & benefits

Positions begin January and May 2025 in:

Virginia: Richmond

Kansas: Wichita

South Carolina: Greenville

Ohio: Columbus

Leadership Positions

Starting salary $63,000-$70,000/year DOE + benefits

Positions begin Winter/Spring 2025 in:

Kansas: Kansas City

Florida: St. Petersburg
