Keynote speaker Diana Kander is looking for someone to own content experimentation on my Instagram and LinkedIn. That means running a high volume of experiments — testing formats, hooks, lengths, topics — to figure out what actually resonates. She is currently posting 3 times a week and wants to get to 10, not by grinding out more content, but by learning faster.

About Diana Kander: NYT bestselling author and keynote speaker with 226K Instagram followers and a growing LinkedIn presence. The ideas are there. She needs someone to help her find the formats that make them land.

You'll own:

  • Editing short-form video for Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Building carousels that stop the scroll
  • Designing the experiments and tracking what we learn
  • Eventually: building and leading the team that does all of this

Skills you’ll need:
Video editing (CapCut, Premiere or similar)
Graphic design for social (Canva, Adobe)
Copywriting – specifically hooks and captions
Basic analytics (Instagram Insights, LinkedIn analytics)
Organized enough to track experiments and actually learn from them.
