We are looking for an energetic, people-oriented Marketing & Patient Experience Coordinator who is excited to build their career in marketing while gaining hands-on experience in healthcare operations and patient engagement.

Position Overview
This entry-level role blends digital marketing, communications, front-desk patient engagement, and sales support. The ideal candidate is both creative and confident - someone who enjoys social media and content creation but also thrives in face-to-face interactions and helping patients commit to ongoing care plans.

You will play a key role in growing our brand visibility in Kansas City while also supporting patient conversion and retention inside the practice.

 

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, etc.)
  • Create engaging content including posts, short videos, patient testimonials, and educational materials
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and patient newsletters
  • Monitor analytics and track performance metrics for digital campaigns
  • Help implement local marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts
  • Maintain and update website content as needed

    Internal & External Communications
  • Draft internal communications and patient-facing announcements
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns and seasonal offers
  • Support partnerships with local businesses and community organizations
  • Respond to online reviews and social media inquiries professionally

    Front Desk & Patient Experience
  • Greet patients and create a welcoming, professional environment
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient records
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Support smooth daily office operations

    Treatment Plan & Care Sales Support
  • Educate patients on recommended treatment plans and ongoing wellness care
  • Present care packages and explain pricing/financing options clearly
  • Assist in improving patient retention and long-term care engagement
  • Track key performance indicators such as new patients, plan conversions, and renewals

    Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
  • Comfortable discussing pricing and helping patients commit to care plans
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

    Preferred (but not required):
  • Experience in Canva, basic video editing, or social media scheduling tools
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Interest in health, wellness, or chiropractic care
