Multimedia Reporter/Journalist
KCEC Univision Colorado is looking for a bilingual experienced, creative multimedia journalist/reporter to cover news stories for daily live newscasts.
These journalists will be responsible to coordinate, organize and conduct conversational live reporting, feature reporting and news.
Must be able to shoot, write and edit and present live stories on a daily basis for 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. shows.
Candidates will be responsible for the development of ongoing sweeps style stories. Cultivate sources within the market to generate breaking stories.

Experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years on-air reporting experience preferred. Some experience producing newscasts also preferred. Duties: deliver reports and breaking news reports when assigned; write/report for newscasts as directed; live shots or field anchor as needed; edit stories as assigned; make public appearances/community involvement; front station promos; develop contacts in the community and become involved in community projects, particularly those sponsored by the station; other duties as directed by news director. Write and produce for newscasts using I-News.
Requirements
• Bachelor's in journalism, communication or related studies
• Minimum 3 years experience in the field
• Must be willing to work in Denver area
• Must be willing to submit a background investigation
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Punctuality and dependability are essential
• Knowledge of Final Cut Pro editing technology a plus
