Lindsey Constance

Lindsey Constance is the Development Director for the William Allen White School of Journalism and Mass Communications. She is responsible for building relationships with alumni and friends of the school and supporting philanthropic engagement and priorities that advance the student experience and the school’s mission.

Lindsey brings 20 years of experience in K–12 education as a teacher and instructional leader, most recently serving as a middle school associate principal in the Shawnee Mission School District.

A proud KU alumna, Lindsey holds four degrees from the University of Kansas, beginning with a bachelor’s degree in education and culminating in a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, which she earned in May 2026. She is passionate about supporting her alma mater and connecting Jayhawks with opportunities to strengthen the future of journalism and mass communications.
