Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Sales Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the speaking industry, providing an opportunity to assist in the sales process, client relations, and event coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for sales and event management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and speaking opportunities.
- Support the sales team in outreach efforts, including drafting emails and making introductory calls.
- Help maintain and update the client and speaker databases.
- Participate in the creation of customized proposals for clients.
- Assist in coordinating event logistics and speaker arrangements.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
